Terms of sales
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and prevail over any other stipulations originating from the Buyer. Any order placed by the Buyer implies full acceptance without restriction or reservation of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Orders
Orders placed through the website bind the Buyer once the Buyer confirms the order on the website. Catalog information, photographs, and graphics are for reference only and do not bind the Seller. As soon as the Buyer submits an order, they are deemed to have accepted, knowingly and without reservation, the prices, volumes, and quantities offered and ordered.
2. Price
Product sale prices are those in effect when the order is recorded, excluding all taxes and shipping fees. Prices may be modified at any time due to external events. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and charged in addition to product prices, based on the total order amount. Shipping fees will be indicated when the Buyer places the order.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, products are payable upon ordering. Any amount paid by the Buyer before delivery constitutes a deposit on the total price due. Penalties equal to the bank base rate plus three percentage points apply automatically to unpaid amounts ten (10) days after the invoice date or upon notification of payment rejection for other payment methods. Delivery of any new order may be suspended in case of late payment of a previous order.
4. Delivery
Delivery deadlines vary by destination: for metropolitan France, delivery within ten (10) business days from payment receipt; for other destinations, delivery within twenty-five (25) business days from payment receipt. Delivery is deemed complete upon making the product available to the Buyer. The Buyer must inspect shipments upon receipt and lodge any justified claims. If delivered products do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications on the delivery note, the Buyer must file claims within eight (8) days following delivery.
5. Satisfaction or Refund
The Buyer has seven (7) clear days from delivery to return the product at their expense. The Buyer will be refunded the product price within one (1) month of receipt of the returned item by JUMO. Products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
6. Out-of-Stock
If an online product is out of stock, the Company commits to inform the Buyer of the stock status and restocking delay. The Buyer may choose to maintain or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, the Company will refund the Buyer within eight (8) business days.
7. Retention of Title
The Seller retains full ownership of sold products until full payment of the price, including all fees and taxes. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon handing the goods to the carrier. The Buyer is responsible for insuring against all risks (e.g., damage, loss).
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. For any disputes relating to this contract between the Seller and the Buyer, the Commercial Court of Rennes shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Data Protection
Under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them that is held by the Seller.
